We offer Cash on Delivery alongside FIB Bank
Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Just reach out to us as soon as possible with your order number.
What should I do if my plant arrives damaged or unhealthy?
We take great care in packing, but if your plant arrives in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours with a photo we’ll replace or refund it right away.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–3 working days. Delivery time depends on your location, but we’ll send you tracking details once it’s on the way.
Where do you deliver, and what are the delivery fees?
We deliver across Iraq. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
