Our Return & Refund Policy

Hey plant lover! We want you to be 100% happy with every plant and pot you get from us. We do our best to pack them safely and send them fresh but if something doesn’t go right, don’t worry, we’ve got you.

If Something Arrives Wrong

If your plant shows up damaged, unhealthy, or just not what you ordered, please reach out within 48 hours of getting it.
Send us a few photos and your order number, and we’ll sort it out quickly whether that means a replacement, store credit, or a refund

What We Can’t Take Back

since plants are living things, we can’t take returns once they’ve settled in your home.
That means we can’t offer returns for:

Plants that got damaged because of care issues after delivery.

Slight differences in color, size, or shape (every plant is unique 🌿).

Sale items or gift cards.

How to Start a Return?

Send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a few photos.
Our team will reply within 24 hours and help you from there.

Return Shipping

If we made a mistake, we’ll cover the cost. If it’s another reason, return shipping is on you but we’ll always do our best to make things fair and easy.
